Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue at Curlylitecandles@gmail.com

 

 

Defective Product Policy:

At Curly Lite, we stand behind the quality of our products.  If you receive an item that is defective, we are committed to making it right.  

  • Timeframe: Defective must be reported within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Picture: Please take a clear picture or short video showing the specific defective item.

  • Proof of purchase: A valid order number 

We will ship a brand-new unit of the same item at no additional cost to you.  Or we will issue a 100% refund including original shipping costs to your original payment method.
