Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue at Curlylitecandles@gmail.com

• All orders are shipped within 24-48 hour. Holiday delivery times will be longer than normal so please plan accordingly.

• Please double-check that your shipping information (Address, Unit, Zip code, etc) is correct before completing checkout. No alterations can be made once an order is placed. We advise cancelling the order and placing a new one with the correct information.

• If the package has been delivered to the correct address but has been stolen from the delivery location, Curly Lite is not responsible for replacing or refunding this package.

Prevention of fire-related incidents:

•  Trim wick to 1/4″ before lighting.

•  Keep the candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.

•  Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface.

•  Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time.

•  Never leave a burning candle unattended.

•  Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

• Extinguish the candle if it smokes, flickers excessively, or the flame becomes too high.
